Hi Doc, I have delivered a baby through c section on 29th August after which I bled for almost a month. From the next month starting october-november am getting regular periods within 28-31 days cycle as I was getting before pregnancy. This was my first pregnancy and I am exclusively breastfeeding my baby. I heard that periods won't return for 6 months after c section if we are breastfeeding. But in my case I am getting normal flow just like a normal period. Please suggest if this is normal or should I need to worry about my periods and breastfeeding?

Hello, all women have different menstrual cycle and different fertility, now you should start cerezette oral contraceptive as you have high fertility so more chances of pregnancy again, avoid by oral contraceptive pill.
