I only need to change 2 pads per day for 2 days and 1 one pad for day 3 . Then my periods are over. Earlier I needed to change 4 pads per day.
But my periods are on time always and hormonal profile is fine. What may be the reason

If you are having regular periods then the amount of blood loss may not be a significant factor. If you are married and planning for a baby then you can get an ovulation study done. If you are having ovulation then no treatment is indicated.
