I have my legs below the knees bent towards the outer part. And also face lower back and neck problem.

Bow legs can be because of different reasons which can be related to foot, buttock and even back can cause bow legs. Also if it has been there with you for long or have got worse or if it is related to any other disease or any nutritional deficiency
