I was not doing exercise for a long time and decided to start a few days back my body is not flexible also
I started doing some stretching exercises and strength exercise with dumbles and push ups
After doing for just 10 days my right leg muscle got streched right from the lower side back through hip to upper leg
I was thinking that this pain from muscle stretch could be solved by resting but the muscle strecth is there uptill now for 5 days
Can you please provide me a solution?
