Starting about a week ago My calf muscle and knee hurt on the left side of my right leg there are multiple knots on the muscle and it is worm to the touch. No pain when sitting but 8 on pain scale when standing and walking. Can I treat myself or do i need er

Luks like varicose vein or DVT like condition...Get Doppler scanning done to rule out dis possibility...Don't delay
