Should I get an operation done for 3/4 inch short leg which is after my hip bone fracture and is it Successfull and without any side effects

3/4" shortening should not be corrected surgically. Give 1/2" heal & sole raise in the shoe.

The amount of shortening you have is not very significant. The need for surgery depends on whether you are having any issues or problems due to the shortening. Up to 1 inch, you can have a shoe raise to help, if you are having any issues.

One inch shortening is usually acceptable. And compensated by the pelvis. Needs examination to rule out other causes
