Hi
Based on your age and mri report of ACL tear you will need a clinical examination to assess the instability of the knee.
If unstable then you will need ligament reconstruction.
However, it's not an emergency procedure.
Give ice pack application for the time being.
Use a knee brace.
Avoid weight bearing on the injured leg.
Hope you recover soon.

Hello.
This seems like an ACL tear which is a ligament in your knee which keeps the knee stable.
This reports a subchondral fracture in lateral condyle which can be tricky. I usually get a CT scan if I have any doubts if this fracture needs to be fixed.
Most of such fractures seem in Acl injuries are managed conservatively without surgery and Acl reconstruction is done at a later stage.
