Left wrist partial TFCC tear
I get pain in the left wrist for past 8 months when I lift some weights and sometimes when I push with force. Got Mri and Xray done, the x-ray is normal but MRI says TFCC partial tear palmar classification type 1b. What could be the best option, I got to know wrist orthoscopy, will that help, is surgery necessary in this case?
