I m suffering from uper left teeth pain severely having gap in between two roots earlear it was filled temporarily and now again gap has arive what is the solution

Gaps between two roots, it means furcation involvement. In this condition, root canal is required and filling with this gap by GIC filling. The conditions will be depends upon the clinical picture. In this conditions sometimes splitting of roots and treat as a single rooted tooth; followed by etc and capping. But gap is more and tooth is mobile than poor prognosis of that tooth.
