need to evaluate by clinical examination of the same .. it could be related to some tooth infection...or any lesion or sinus infection..
plus you are giving the history of 2 years old .. so it’s necessary for clinical evaluation..

Hello, Face swelling has many underlying causes like salivary gland infection, tooth infection or sinus infection. If it is since last 2 year than proper clinical evaluation is needed. please visit dentist for proper diagnosis.

Hie ..It has many reason like sinus infection , periapical abscess. You should visit a nearby dentist because it's an old problem as u say 2 years back. You should visit a dentist asap. If possible attach iopa(x ray) so that we can evaluate.
