Hello Practo User, You have symptoms of acute slip disc. Medications will help you to certain extent, but can cause acidity...so use with caution. Take complete bed rest for a week. Don't apply anything on the back. Don't sit or bend forwards. You can use a Lumbosacral Belt .
Next Steps
If no relief after a week, you can consult me online. Regards.
