Please share details of her symptoms   duration and severity of pain, frequency,  aggravating and relieving factors. Then I can surely help you. You can use a  painkiller like paracetamol 500mg one every 8 hours, for 3 to 4 days. Get her serum calcium, vit d3 and b12 done, share results online.

Where exactly is the pain? Any weakness , dizziness, imbalance, any history of fall or heavy weight lifting? Any medications she is on? For now paracetomol 500 mg tid after food can be taken. Warm compression, may need MRI of cervical and lumbar canal. Need more history .
