Left side chest pain after workout
3 days ago I did workout including crunches ,leg raises,squats,mountain climber and since the i have pain in my chest on the left side

Musculoskeletal pain. Avoid exercises for few days . Musclerelaxant with an analgesic should help  Eg mayospaz forte 1 tab twice in a day for 3 days will help. If no charge then please go for an ECG.

Hi dear, do u have pain only on the left side of your chest? What about other areas? Have you got your sugar and BP checked?

Do u perform these exercises regularly? Hope they are not very intense workouts. Increase your intake of water.
Health Tips
ECG is advisable, does your pain go to your back, left shoulder or jaw? Keep a check on that too.

More likely to be musculoskeletal cause for chest pain, for which you will need analgesics. But better to get ECG once to be on safer side.
