Workout advice
Sir this is Sukalyan , a Bengali writer , director and actor (not by choice) ... Well the moral of the story is one of my filmmaker friend want me to be a part of his upcoming project as an actor ... Though it's a friendly project but I need to look little fit and bulkier for the character , & my friend want me to join a gym to get that physic within two months. I am a person with 5.8ft & 60kgs. But had and have few physical obstacles like I gone through a surgery regarding my renal pelvis & from my birth moment my left kidney is twice the size of my right kidney (don't know why & what it means) , and I have a hernia issue. Recently I contacted a gym personality & she asked me to consult with a doctor so that the doctor can suggest what kind of workout & weight lifting can be done to reach my goal by avoiding any serious physical issue. I know it might be a very small issue to you, but I will be really greatful if you can help on this subject. Thank you
