Left Shoulder joint pain
Feeling pain on my left shoulder joint. I have started exercise almost after a year. But since couple of week ago I feel pain on my left shoulder joint. Though I haven't feel that pain all the time but when I move my hand / pull up my hand, I feel that pain. At the beginning it feels very mild. But now it increases. Can you please give me some suggestions what to do or what not to do?

A physical examination would be best.meanwhile you can take a muscle relaxant for temporary relief.
