Left Hand surgery with screw and plate
I had surgery on left hand with screw and plate arrangement implant 8 months before. As of now I don't feel pain and all in my hand. So what will be the right time for removal of plate from hand? And how much time will be required for post surgery recovery? Is it possible to get similar hand movements pre accident level?

Plate no need to be removed unless there is problem. If there is stiffness there is no guarantee that will improve your movements

Abt time for removal of implant u need to consult the orthopaedician who did surgery. He/she can better guide abt it. U can get complete recovery after the removal of implant if u start Physiotherapy simultaneously under the guidance of Physiotherapist. Even ur recovery will be faster and also strength of hand will also improve with it.
