Hand surgery with screw & plate implant
My left hand got Fractured and lower distal radius surgery was done on 7th September, 2017. It's more 1.5 years as of now. When the implant needs to be removed from hand? How many sessions of Physiotherapy session/days is required for gaining required strength and movements? Thank you

Removal Of implant depends on surgeon. Sometime after 6months and sometime after a year. That you can discuss with your surgeon. Regarding PHYSIOTHERAPY your case is too old. One can get a good strength after 4months of vigorous PHYSIOTHERAPY. Why you don’t have good strength that’s the question? But still If you want to go for strength training 4seasion a week is enough.
