Hand surgery with screw and plate arrang
I met with bike accident in which my hand got Fractured and as per doctor's advise surgery was imperative lower distal radius surgery was done on 7th September, 2017. As I am an Civil Engineering student I got job in an Top Construction company of India. Will this surgery or injury will have any effect during fitness and medical test procedure which is compulsory before joining the company? Will it create any problem for me?

Are you going through physiotherapy sessions for the same. Physiotherapy should be focused on regaining movement of wrist joint and hand and regaining strength of the same. As far as one is not functionally impaired one can not be failed in fitness. So go for functional training. All the best
