Earlier I was having back stiffness and pain and now it is better after 4-5 days and suddenly from 2-3 days left leg and feet started hurting.
I remember ankle is not twisted or no intense activity is done.

-Control Hypertension, Diabetes or metabolic disorder, if there is any.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Keep pillow under the knee.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
--. Fomentation with warm water/ Gel pac .
Let the part not be exposed to cold.

--. Ugesic (Piroxicam) 20mg 1 tab once a day x 5days
--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab Once a day x 10 days.

Back pain and leg pain can be related but should be coexistant for it to be arising from lumbar spine..Your symptoms are not such . For proper diagnosis you should be examined thoroughly by an orthopedic surgeon. Then you will get better with a proper diagnosis.
