Left calf muscle catch and pain
Hello . My left leg calf became hard when I woke up in the morning yesterday and start paining real bad. It's still paining and feel a bit hard in that area. Can anyone please please help. I applied omnigel ointment but in vain. Kindly suggest what needs to done. Unable to go for my regular jog! Thanks

The need is to take rest. It is a cramp due to the calf muscle feeling overworked. Avoid jogging for few days, sit properly and take frequent breaks while working. Wear footwear with heels. Can do massage.

Might be any reason for pain. If doesn’t go we’re itv rest consult a doctor. Use sos painkillers. Thanks
