Hi Doctor ,
I am 27 years old, 6.1 height and 72 kgs. I have recently tested my cholesterol level and found
ldl level is more than 270 which is very high risk. I look fit and slim and i go to gym (not regulary ) and i take whey protein . Please suggest me what time of food and life style i have to adapt in my life. Since i am already slim i dont want to lose further weight
