I was a very active person back in my college days. Probably the most popular person in my class. Over the last several years, I have detached from all my friends for unknown reasons. I gained around 25-30 kg over the last 6-7 years. Ever since COVID I lost interest at work and got fired from 2 companies. My family got me married to a person that I have nothing in common with.
I need to be that jovial person I was once. I need to get rid of my laziness and get a grip on my life. Please help me
