Late ovulation
I have PCOD. Age 33. LMP was 30th Dec'24. In this month my ovulation has occured on 29th Jan which was ideally should have done on 14-15 Jan. So my question is should I wait till 12-13 Feb to have my periods naturally or should I take norethisterone tablets from today 31st Jan as I do not have my periods yet due to late ovulation?

You need to understand that a cycle length more than 37 days is abnormal and needs to be treated
Last period was in 30th of December you should get your periods before 6th of February
If not you need investigations and treatment accordingly
