Gud morning,the healthy snacks r like oats veg cheela with any home made green chutney like coriander chutney,multivitamin bread veg sandwiches with fruit smoothie,fresh fruits salad or chat,ragi veg pancake or jowar flour veg stuffed pancake with tomato chutney or low fat curd raita etc.Try to have a healthy balanced diet with regular exercise of any kind like cardio workout,yoga,aerobic exercises etc ,have ample amounts of water,reduce stress of any kind by doing mind relaxation yoga or meditation in evening for 20 mins at least,it also helps in getting a good sleep in night.Lifestyle modification is the key to weight loss in an idle way.

Late night you should not have sugary items or fried items for sure. Big bananas may increases the total calories count. You can take small bananas instead ,dated are equally good in case of sugar cravings & walnut, almonds can be taken in limited quantity. You can take milk or daal in every hour interval to avoid hunger & starvation mode of your body.
