Gud evening as u r into lactating stage u need to have healthy nutrients containing foods,I mean to say a healthy food plate to gain some weight.U need to have foods on each 2.5to 3hrs gaps small frequent meals at least 5meals in a whole day.if u eat healthy so does your breast fed baby can grow in a healthy way.

You have make a clear check at your dietary habits. While breast feed, you need to take extra kcal in terms of protein and other vitals. Add milk and other dairy products in your diet. Take seasonal fruits and vegetables  during the day. Liquids like juices and soups will help you more.
