Hi , I am 25 weeks pregnant . My fibroids drastically increased from 4.75 cm to 77* 55 mm in 19 days . Last test was done on the 19th of May.
An anterior wall intramural fibroid is seen measuring 72 x 55 mm.
Rest below details of the growth scan I had
Foetal heart rate: 155bpm.
Placenta is fundo posterior.
Liquor is adequate.
Cervical length measures 41.3 mm.
Internal os is closed.
My doctor indicated possibility of pre term labour and delivery.
Please suggest what are the chances of full term pregnancy ?

You should be more interested in finding out if your pregnancy will reach the age of viability, that means the baby should be able to survive after delivery .
Miracles do happen but the ground reality is that the chances of a full term pregnancy are very low.
Please seek a proper consultation with a Gynaecologist for details.
