I had issues in getting pregnant had an endometriotic cyst that was removed 5 years back. After that i got pregnant and have 3 year old kid now. Now I feel my symptoms coming back like heavy pain and bleeding during periods. In scan, no cyst was found but i feel there could be lesions developing inside.
I also have some fibroids. Pleas suggest some tablets like birth control for reducing the symptoms and also the growth of this disease.

After endometriotic cyst removal, adhesions and reduced ovarian reserve can affect fertility, and any coexisting fibroid depends on its location (submucosal fibroids matter most, subserosal ones usually do not). A structured couple's workup is the best next step.
