U can opt for probiotics curd,frozen yoghurts,swtch to soy milk. Lactose is present milk and paneer.

Soya milk is the best option.
It has been reported that not all people who have lactose intolerance are allergic to all milk products.
Best is to try soya milk and other form of processed milk especially yogurt or shakes or paneer work well but still it depends on person to person
