Lactose intolerant and B12 deficiency
I have autoimmune hypothyroidism and I am taking 100 mcg thyronorm daily and hormonal levels are in normal range. But I am also lactose intolerant and have developed B12 deficiency with level of 59 pg/ml. So what should I take for treating my deficiency apart from supplements?
