Now sometimes she gets this anxiety issues but it has decreased a lot.
Now the issue that she is facing is not able to sleep.Recently we both started weight loss regime and for that we are doing dieting as well as physical exercises like walking and running and these activities we mostly do at evening.
Even if she gets tired a lot she does not get sleep when she hits the bed.
It takes around 4-5 hours for her to sleep.
