U have mid love platelets and PCV is a bit high
It might be due to dehydration, mild viral infection, or mild allergy. Please brief about your symptoms.
It will eventually resolve, drink plenty of water, have a good nutritious meals.

Report is normal , high hemoglobin and hematocrit maybe due to dehydration. U can recheck after a week after proper hydration
