The issue can be addressed by several people. Orthopaedic surgeon, Neuro surgeon, Physio therapist etc.
There is no single intervention which gives immediate result but one which is tailored to her symptoms and signs.
From the xray I feel she will required a structured physio program with medicine support which is a multi speciality team work.
Please meet a competent surgeon, physician at the earliest.
