L4 L5 pain
I got l4 L5 pain in September. Doctor wrote etoxib mr and oridon dsr both for 5 days . Pain got ended in 5 days medication. Also attaching the x ray report of spine that time. Then I started knee to chest exercise n pushing hips up exercise daily. Last month i was unable to do exercise due to travelling n also may be sleeping posture or sitting posture got hit. Today when I woke up i have started feeling little pain their again in L5 zone or nearby. Pls suggest what to do now.

Seems there is early spondylotic changes in xray and also it can be due to image quality . But at this age you should work on your proper posture and exercises for back extensor muscles strengthening .

If its only for 1 day, then do rest, hot water massage, local gel application.. Continue exercise when yoy will have relief in pain If pain persist for longer period, then visit nearby doctor for examination
