Short treatment 😊 want to join army ? Surgically it can be corrected but again it will take about 4-6 week to heal and and then some physiotherpy.  One leg at a time will be done. But before All this - You need to visit us or near by senior orthopaedic surgeon who has experience in limb lengthning procedures and peadiatric orthopaedic work. As the photo you had shared does not show sever knocked knees. To further confirm  it we need SCANOGRAM OF BOTH LOWER LIMB STANDING POSITION . ( Basically its  an long xray from your pelvis , hip , knee , ankle and foot) It help us to know alingment and how much correctionb need or no correction required.  Plus clinical examination is required.
