When it comes to knock knees treatment there are various options available that can be used as corrective measures. Knock knee braces can be used to help the legs realign. The braces help by pulling the knee upward into the right position. These braces are usually worn at night A medial heel wedge is a wedge that you fit inside your shoe to help raise the interior side of your heel, but not the outside area. These wedges will range from 1/4″ to 3/8″ to help correct your mechanical axis towards the outside to put you in a touch of varus. Knock knee exercises aim to strengthen the legs so that the knees become more stabilized and realign themselves.  Some exercises for your problem are hamstring exercises, lateral walks with ankle weights, side lunges, side step-ups, and knee presses.
Next Steps
Consult a good Physiotherapist near you to get a proper exercise protocol to follow.

• Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment in which knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Surgery depends on the degree of knock knees. If it’s mild then knee brace can help you. Please meet a physiotherapist who can show you strengthening exercises.
