Knock knee and stammering

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have been knock knee (since 2 year) and stammering (by birth) problem and I have passed mp police constable paper and now I have medical but it is assure that they cut my name due to knock knee After some days I had mp sub inspector paper also it also had same problem .. Kindly give any suggestions as soon as possible. Thankyou
