I feels knees fully tired while running and doing squats for about 3 years. i can't run fast like sprint. I have not any swelling arround knees but only tiredness

Go for specific strengthening exercises for quadriceps muscles, glutei muscles and hamstring muscles. Exercises should be graded. Get your Vitamin D level checked.
