I have knee from last few days. Last week i got an xray for same and doctor said knee might have been twisted.
Doctor suggested physiotherapy. So just wanted to check how many sessions it might take and if physiotherapy is required in a knee twist.

Knee twist can cause injury to ur ligaments or muscles. So this can be clear only after complete examination and assessment by the Physiotherapist that how many session do u need for recovery of this pain.
Knee twist might result either in ligament sprain or meniscal injury.
Degree of injury will be assessed by physiotherapist and accordingly treatment protocol will be designed.
Knee twist means either ligament, soft tissue or muscle injury. Detailed assessment is necessary or MRI scan is required. Go to nearest physiotherapy center. Physiotherapist will take proper assessment and teach exercises accordingly.
