Knee pain on my left leg.
Hi Doctors, I am getting knee pain when standing It will be there for 3 sec after taking 3-4 steps there will be less pain. My weight is 92 kgs and my height is 165 cms. Please suggest what I need to do?

Kindly reduce your weight. And consult me online or consult orthopaedician for examination. Any history of injury to ur knee.

Start active quads, hamstrings and hip abductors strengthening exercises Ice pack application sos for pain over 20-25 mins Try walking on a flat surfaces, avoid uphill / down hill while walking. Cautious while climbing stairs. Avoid sternous exercises
