Knee pain occurs
Hi I am 36 male wight 90 kg height 5:8.these days I feel knee pain which I never faced before. Knee pain occurs when I give pressure on knee only other wise it's fine there is no issures. Why this is happening

• Active Joint Range of Motion exercises-Full flexion/Extension to be achieved at 1 week, followed by Static and Dynamic Quadriceps/Hamstring Exercises. Knee pain only while walking or putting pressure points to derangement of internal structures in your knee. By a proper clinical examination we can arrive at a diagnosis. You never mentioned any injury to your knee though.
