Knee Pain, less energetic after delivery
After 7 months of my delivery , I have pain in my knees . During climbing on stairs , my knees are so hurting . After delivery I can also less energetic. Please advise

I think you might have started developing early osteoarthritis or could be because of low calcium levels. Would need more relevant history and few lab tests along with x rays to diagnose accurately.

Hi madam, This is Dr. Praveen Podali. Happy to help you. Madam kindly get your blood tests(calcium , CBC, vitamin-D & B12) done. Mostly will be due to deficiency. Chances of starting pain in the knees.

Do Physiotherapy (static quads, hamstrings, & hip abductors strengthening exercises). Ice pack application Avoid squatting, using Indian toilets Alter in climbing stairs for 2-4 weeks Start using ça+ vit-D supplements for a month
