Hello madam, hope you are keeping well. First I need to understand how u started with you knee pain. Do you have a history of fall? Or twist? Or has there been any weight gain specifically in the last few months. Unless there is a proper diagnosis made, there will be symptomatic treatment. Usage of Ultrasound as the only form of therapy may not relieve you of the pain and symptoms
Next Steps
Visit a physiotherapist nearby
Health Tips
Continue ice packs multiple times and hot pack twice one early morning and one at night just before you sleep. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Do you know the cause of your pain? Did your ortho explain? Did you fall? Did you hit your knee? While bending your knee part or side of knee gets hurt?
Next Steps
I would suggest you to continue ultrasound therapy or consult a physiotherapist for complete assessment and treatment.

Do hot water fermentation twice a day, apply diclofenac ointment as well prior to hot fermentation. Do knee strengthening exercises like leg lift, hamstring stretch, step down and hamstring curls and wall squats. If you wont see any improvement in 3 dayas then visit physiotherapy clinic and take ultrasound therapy for a week. The pain will reduce after tsking US therapy, avoid sitting or lying on the floor untill the pain reduces completely. take calcium rich diet

Hard to diagnose unless someone checks it. Electrotherapy has limited evidence. However a combination of strengthening, mobilisation, taping and electrotherapy would be beneficial after a diagnosis of the structure causing the pain.
Next Steps
visit a local physiotherapist.
