Knee pain around knee cap
Getting knee pain around the knee cap It is increasing as well. And it is kind of acute pain, and no difference in pain whether I am running or not. Only in the right knee.

Probably early arthritis... Need xray and simple medicine

knee pain in young is now getting common indicating some sort of cartilage stress mainly on undersurface of your knee cap (patella). Do isometric quadriceps exercises, avoid squatting, sitting cross leg and frequent climbing of stairs. If not relived consult some orthopaedic surgeon as you might need MRI.
