Itching should be due to skin problems. Pain in the knees can be because of early onset Osteoarthritis . If your pain is interfering with your normal activities then you should consult an Orthopedic Surgeon.

Looks like some kind of skin reaction , are you allergic to some creams or deos ? Is there any insect bite there ? It could also be due to some kind of fabric allergy
