Knee issues
Hi sir, Before 6 years  due to my financial condition, i use to walk daily 6 kilometres to and from my college. At that time i got issues in knee like feeling some gap, tilting, ticking sound, slight pain, feeling of knee gap(no pain) while i straightened my knee. At that time doctor told me that my body is flexible and athletic type (example, i can touch my fingers backwards to my hand and can flex my body beyond than any other person). He gave me tablets and i used it for 4 months and the issue got reduced. At that time i use to weigh around 70kg. Now i almost went to 100kgs, and i started walking from past a month. I did speed walk daily 5 kms. Now I got the same issue back. Could you kindly prescribe me some generic medicines to reduce my knee issues. Thank you sir

It sounds like you are experiencing knee pain that is similar to what you had before. The symptoms you describe may be due to a few different things, including ligament or meniscus damage, patellofemoral pain syndrome, or osteoarthritis. The best way to determine the exact cause of your pain is to consult with a doctor and have a physical examination, which may include X-rays or an MRI. In terms of managing your knee pain in the meantime, there are a few things you can do. First, you should try to rest your knee as much as possible and avoid any activities that make the pain worse. Applying ice to the affected area for 15-20 minutes at a time, several times a day, may also help reduce swelling and pain. Over-the-counter pain medications such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen may also help relieve your pain. However, it's important to talk to your doctor before taking any new medication, especially if you have any underlying medical conditions or are taking other medications. In addition to these measures, you may also benefit from physical therapy to help strengthen the muscles around your knee and improve your range of motion. Losing weight can also help reduce the stress on your knees and prevent future episodes of knee pain.

If your joints are lax and your ligaments are stretchable you are more prone for injury and damage to your knee and joints. The fact that you get pain and issue with your knee suggests that something is wrong with your knee which needs attention and proper evaluation for treatment to avoid further damage in long term.
Next Steps
Kindly get yourself examined clinically by an orthopedic surgeon and dont depend on medication for pain as you have the same joint but have more weight and BMI this time
