Hi Doc ! I feel a grinding noise in knee
Hi ! When I walk I feel a grinding sound coming from my left knee.(Like something is rubbing on bone) It comes almost always when I walk but it's painless. Should I be worried ? History - Patella dislocation on the knee 6 months before. The swelling has also not gone from 5 months

Hi, Simply mild noise without any pain is nothing to worry, But if it's severe or on every movement, or associated with pain, you need to visit a Dr for proper examination and management, In the meantime get a xray done of both knees and send for proper evaluation.
