Hi doctor,
While playing volleyball when I jumped to spike the ball but when I land I felt a shock in the back. Now, my lower right side hurts. It doesn't hurt when I touch it or when I sit or when I lay down. When I walk sometimes it hurts. It hurts near the lumber triangle. What could it be? How can I fix it?
