6 months back while running i came upon a slight depression on the road but it was v slight and there was no issue ! Had completed my 5 km run ! During night knee swelled and there was lot of pain for 7-8 days! Due to regular rest it subsided and i was fine ! After 2 months i ran on a tread mill for 1-2 kms and it again swelled! Again 2 months rest ! Again ran again swelled ! Now its been three months no physical activity i was doing ! 1 physiotherapist checked me for any pain and there was none and he told me 2-3 excercises ! Second told me for 2 sports injury excercises ! Third physiotherapist told i need to take those machine lessonwhich give current Mri report today ! Acl - partial thickness tear !
PCL - partial thickness tear !
Medial Mensicus- grade II PARTIAL TEAR !
Lateral menisicus - partial tear !
Fibular collateral ligament sprain !!!!
Quadriceps tendinosis !
Chondromalacic changes along the patellar lateral facet and lateral torchlear surface of femur ! Pls sugges

Based on the MRI report not much necessary to ACL reconstruction urgently.You want to take rest,apply the ice if there is pain & swelling.'PRICE' can be followed.Protection,Rest,Ice, Compression,Elevation.
You can continue with physiotherapy for reduce pain & increase the strength of the muscles.

The knee rehab after knee ligament injuries can extend from 8-12 weeks and even professional athlete who has best chance of recovery sometime don't return back to sports upto 6 months. Seeing a physio for 1 day is not going to help, find a good physio and spend 6-8 weeks in reducing swelling, managing pain and knee strengthening.
If you are not a professional athlete, I don't see a need of surgery at this stage.

Knee rehab should be planned as HQ ratio rehab for ACL and PCL ,required appropriate brace if need if ur BMI is high or over weight .u can consult physiatrist he may do PRP for partial thickness tear of ligaments .proper rehab is the key to put on own knees and prevent future knee deformity due to chondromalacia petalla

Than the physiotherapy will help you.otherwise you will waist your time and money because you have multiple injury. So better. Done your surgery than go for postoperative rehabilitation
See sir as u r saying ur mri scan reports show partial tear u need to take rest and at the same time please go with more of ultrasound sessions or cupping sessions which will heal ur partial tear faster , i am a sports physiotherapist I usually deal with so many cases like this
With respect to the MRI findings, I would suggest you to visit an ortho once..also I would suggest you to visit a sports physiotherapist again and undergo complete rehabilitation process, because when you have to get back to your running activity you need to be trained considering the strength, endurance, proprioception. This will take time of nearly 1-1.5month for you to understand the difference in your knee.

Depending upon the need your knee rehab protocol will differs. If you are an professional athlet or fitness freak Surgical interventionist be required. Avoid Heavy sporting activities till you regain stability of your knee.
Any how to Prefer surgery you should have that level of pain and discomfort Surgeons not only look at MRI alone.
Coming to Conservative method Physiotherapy comes first. Do appropriate exercises, Use braces, Sports Taping.
