I had my ACL reconstruction done in May 2017. I'm currently going to gym for rehab and my exercises include
Stationary Bike 20mins
Leg Press
Adduction / Abduction
Hamstring curl
Leg extension all on 40-60 lbs weight.
Squats
Forward Lunges
Recently I have started noticing my knee getting stiffer and giving a pop up sound in the front (tibial part)
I'm worried. Shall I discontinue with my gym?
Or this is normal after an ACL surgery.
