Most likely you are having an osteoarthritis. However if your knee is swollen then there can be chances of an infected Arthritis or inflammatory arthritis. I would advise you to take tablet zerodol SP 1 Tablet 2 times a day for 5 days. Tablet defcort 6 MG 1 tablet daily. Tablet shelcal one tablet daily. Wear a knee cap. Apply balm oil on the knee and give hot fomentation.
